A point-to-point transfer is the simplest booking we run: the chauffeur collects your group at one address and delivers it to another, and the vehicle is priced as a single one-way rate rather than by the hour. It is how most airport runs, hotel-to-venue legs and out-of-town drops are booked.

When a one-way transfer is the right booking
Point-to-point pricing suits any trip where the group needs to get from A to B and then release the vehicle. Arriving at JFK and heading to a Midtown hotel, leaving a Tribeca apartment for a Newark departure, or moving a wedding party from a Williamsburg hotel to a Manhattan venue are all single legs with known endpoints. You pay for the drive, not for the time the vehicle would otherwise spend parked.
Hourly service is the better fit when the vehicle has to wait at the far end or make several stops. A roadshow with six meetings, a dinner where the group wants the same van waiting outside, or a winery day all run on the hourly clock, where every stop inside the booked window is included. If your plan has a return leg on the same day with only a short gap, ask for an hourly quote on the full window and compare it with two separate one-way transfers before you decide. Starting one-way rates by vehicle
The one-way rate is set per vehicle, so a Sprinter carrying twelve people costs the same as a Sprinter carrying eight. The figures below are starting points; your final price is confirmed in the booking form and can vary with taxes, tolls and availability.

How pickup works
For a street pickup in Manhattan, Brooklyn or Queens, the chauffeur arrives ahead of the booked time and holds a legal loading position near the door, which matters on narrow blocks in SoHo, Tribeca and the Financial District where curb space for a Sprinter is tight. If your building has a loading dock, a side entrance or a doorman who prefers a specific curb, put it in the booking notes.
Airport pickups are timed from live flight tracking. The chauffeur waits inside at baggage claim with a name card, and the first 60 minutes after your actual landing are included. Groups travelling light can ask for curbside pickup instead. At Teterboro, pickup happens at the FBO by prior arrangement because there is no public terminal. Each airport page lists its terminals, typical drive times and the highways chauffeurs use: JFK, LGA, EWR and TEB.
Tolls, congestion pricing and what changes the price
A one-way rate is built on the route between your two addresses. Bridge and tunnel tolls, Manhattan congestion pricing and any parking that is not part of the route are handled in the booking form rather than folded into a vague surcharge. Two things change the number more than anything else: the vehicle class and the distance. Traffic does not. We do not surge for rain, snow, holidays or rush hour, so a Friday evening JFK arrival is priced the same way as a Tuesday morning one.

What to send when you book
- Pickup and destination as full street addresses, or the airline and flight number for an arrival.
- Date and pickup time. For departures, give the time you want to leave, not the flight time.
- Passenger count and luggage, including carry-ons, strollers, golf bags or equipment cases.
- Any access notes such as a loading dock, a gate code or a building that restricts curb stopping.

What is the difference between a point-to-point transfer and hourly service?
A point-to-point transfer covers one leg with a fixed pickup and a fixed destination, priced as a single one-way rate for the whole vehicle. Hourly service holds the vehicle and chauffeur for a block of time with a 3-hour minimum (Sprinter from $200/hour), and every stop inside that block is included. Choose one-way when the group does not need the vehicle to wait at the other end.
How much is a one-way Sprinter transfer in NYC?
A one-way Mercedes Sprinter transfer between Manhattan and JFK or LaGuardia starts at $600, and Newark or Teterboro starts at $650. Longer one-way routes such as Manhattan to the Hamptons start at $1,200. The booking form confirms your final price, which can vary with taxes, tolls and availability.
Can a one-way transfer include a second pickup on the way?
Tell dispatch about every pickup when you book. A second address on the same general line of travel can be added to the itinerary and priced in the booking form; if the plan grows into several stops with waiting between them, an hourly booking is usually the cleaner fit.
Do airport one-way transfers include waiting time?
Yes. Airport arrivals include flight tracking and 60 minutes of complimentary wait time counted from your actual wheels-down, not the scheduled arrival. The chauffeur meets the group at baggage claim with a name card unless you ask for curbside pickup.
What is the cancellation window for a one-way booking?
The standard windows are 4 hours for sedans, SUVs and the S-Class, 24 hours for the Sprinter and Executive Sprinter, and 72 hours for weddings, multi-vehicle contracts and multi-day bookings.
