  • Payment data: processed securely by our booking provider (MyLimoBiz) and payment processors. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.
  • Site usage data: standard analytics — page views, referring URL, device type, and approximate location. No personal identifiers are sold or shared for advertising.

How we use it

  • To dispatch your sprinter, confirm your reservation, and contact you about your ride.
  • To improve our service and site (aggregate analytics only).
  • To meet legal, tax, and NY TLC regulatory requirements.

What we don't do

  • We do not sell your personal information.
  • We do not share passenger manifests with advertisers.
  • We do not retain itinerary details longer than required for accounting and regulatory recordkeeping.
