What to tell dispatch
To quote a sprinter, dispatch needs four facts: the date and time, the pickup location, the drop-off location, and the passenger count. For hourly bookings, replace drop-off with the expected number of hours and stops. Flight numbers speed up airport pickups because we use them for tracking and meet-and-greet staging.
