Which Sprinter trim fits my group?
The easiest rule: under 10 passengers with lots of bags — Executive Sprinter. 10-14 passengers — Standard Sprinter. Over 14 — two Sprinters on one contract.
- Standard Mercedes Sprinter is the workhorse. 10-14 captain-chair layout, 14 bags of luggage, dual climate zones, USB/AC charging, on-board Wi-Fi. The right answer for nearly every airport group, wedding shuttle, wine tour, and bachelor party.
- Executive Mercedes Sprinter is a conference room on wheels — 9-10 passengers around worktables, privacy partition, 4K monitor, premium leather, and upgraded audio. Built for roadshows, investor days, and executive travel.
- Cadillac Escalade ESV handles 6 passengers with luggage. The right size for a 4-6 person traveling executive team, or as a lead/support car alongside a wedding Sprinter.
- Mercedes S-Class is the VIP flagship — 3 passengers, rear executive seating. Right for a CEO pickup or a wedding couple\'s getaway car.
- Executive Sedan (Mercedes E-Class / Cadillac CT6 / Lyriq) for 1-3 passenger solo executive travel at $100/hr.
Fleet maintenance and safety
Every Mercedes Sprinter in our fleet is serviced every 5,000 miles with Mercedes factory-specified preventive maintenance, inspected annually per FMCSA DOT requirements, and cleaned between every booking. Tires are rotated every 7,500 miles and replaced at 50% wear. Commercial livery insurance is carried at or above federal minimums with an umbrella excess policy for group transport.
