Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Mercedes Sprinter NYC website and the chauffeured transportation services provided by Mercedes Sprinter NYC, a Detailed Drivers company ("we", "our", "us"). By booking a ride, you agree to these Terms.

Reservations and payment

Reservations require a confirmed card on file (personal clients) or an active corporate account (NET-30 invoicing). Flat-rate quotes include chauffeur, fuel, standard tolls, Wi-Fi, water, and 60 minutes of airport wait time. Hourly bookings are billed in 15-minute increments after the stated minimum.

Cancellations and changes

  • Executive Sedan / Escalade / S-Class: 4-hour cancellation window.
  • Mercedes Sprinter / Executive Sprinter: 24-hour cancellation window.
  • Weddings, multi-vehicle contracts, multi-day bookings: 72-hour cancellation window.

Reschedules are always free if rebooked within the same calendar month. After the cancellation window, full rate applies.

Wait time and over-hour billing

Airport pickups include 60 minutes of complimentary wait time from flight touchdown. Non-airport pickups include 15 minutes of grace time from the scheduled pickup. Additional wait is billed at the vehicle\'s hourly rate pro-rata. Hourly bookings that run over the reserved duration are billed in 15-minute increments.

Passenger conduct and damage

Smoking, vaping, illegal substances, and unrestrained pets are prohibited in all vehicles. Damage, excessive cleaning (biohazard, significant soiling), or lost property beyond reasonable recovery will result in a documented fee, billed to the card on file with photographic substantiation.

Liability

Mercedes Sprinter NYC carries commercial livery insurance at or above federal minimums. We are not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, road closures, airport operations outside our control, or third-party actions. Our liability in any circumstance is limited to the fare paid for the ride in question.

Licensing

We operate as a For-Hire Vehicle (FHV) base licensed by the New York City Taxi & Limousine Commission (TLC). All drivers hold active TLC FHV licenses.
